FRISA's papers are open preprints: posted openly, each carrying a completed transparent internal adversarial review — a structured red-team whose full record is published alongside the paper. That internal review is not a substitute for independent external peer review; a paper is marked peer-reviewed only once an outside venue has reviewed it. Pre-registration (locking a plan before results) applies to new work and to genuine before-results artifacts, not to papers written first.
